Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only except employees and their immediate families of this outlet, the Promoter and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
2. One scratch card will be issued (subject to availability and while stocks last) with every pint of Crafty Fox Pale Ale purchased in participating outlets.
3. The prize is for 175 pairs of T20 tickets for 2017 T20 home fixtures at Fischer County Ground, Leicestershire County Cricket Club
4. Winning scratch cards will indicate that the customer has won pair of tickets.
5. If the winning scratchcard states that a pair of T20 Tickets has been won then the winner will need to take their scratch card to their preferred Leicestershire Foxes home T20 game and scratchcard will be exchanged for a pair of tickets.
6. This promotion closes midnight on Wednesday 16^th August 2017, the day before the final home T20 fixture at the Fischer County Ground.
7. The prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
8. To claim your prize, take your winning scratch card to the ‘Curzon Road Ticket Collection point’ at the Fischer County Ground either in advance or on match day, where it will be redeemed for a pair of tickets.
9. Scratch cards found to be mutilated, illegible, altered, forged, defected, misprinted or tampered with in any way will be declared void. Photocopies will not be accepted.
10. The promoter takes no responsibility for scratch cards that are lost, damaged, delayed, defaced or illegible.
11. If there is any reason to believe that there had been a breach of the Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process and fulfil an application.
12. Leicestershire CCC is responsible for the redemption of all tickets within this promotion. This will be in accordance with their standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Refund Policy available http://www.leicestershireccc.co.uk/refund-policy.html  
13. The promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount.
14. Whilst the Promoter will make every effort to honour the advertised prize(s), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative of a similar value if circumstances dictate this.
15. There is no purchase necessary.
16. The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or cancel the promotion without prior notice, if circumstances occur that are beyond its reasonable control.
17. These terms and conditions are made under English Law and any dispute or claim that an entrant or the Promoter brings in relation to or in connection with these terms and conditions or the promotion will be decided on the basis of English law by the English courts alone.
18. It is not the intention of this promotion to in any way encourage people to consume excessive amounts of alcohol and licensees should be mindful of this when running this promotion.
