We use APC for all retail orders.
Can I order multiple items?
Yes, you can. Please be aware your items may become split in transit.
Where do you ship in the UK?
We ship throughout mainland UK.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship to the UK for orders placed online.
My order has arrived but is damaged, what should I do?
We’re sorry your items were damaged. If the damage is visible upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and notify us so we can get a new one sent to you. If you have opened your box and you’ve noticed the item is damaged, please keep hold of your item, take pictures, and send them to breweryshopburton@carlsbergbritvic.co.uk referencing your order number and delivery postcode. We will then advise of the next steps.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped using a next working day service unless otherwise stated. We currently do not provide delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank & Public Holidays. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order, as there may be delays out of our control, especially during festive periods.
Are all of your products in stock?
If the product page shows “Details” instead of “Add to Cart”, the item is out of stock. If you open the product page for an out of stock item, you will be able to set a stock alert and you will be emailed when the product is back in stock.
Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?
You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Shipping Address and your own as the Billing Address. Please note we do not offer a gift-wrapping service. Outer packaging is not branded; however, the shipment may state that we are the sender.
Do you have an onsite shop?
Yes, our shop is located on Shobnall Road, Burton-on-Trent, DE14 2BG.
What are the opening hours for Marston’s Brewery Shop?
Our shop is open 10am to 4pm Tuesday to Friday and 10am to 2pm Saturday.
Do you do tours of your site?
No, we do not do tours of our site at the moment.
